            To assist in the selection of managerial, supervisory and technical personnels to its member mills.

            Fixation of rate contract for the bulk materials like lime, sulphur, gunnies, fertilizers and pesticides etc. required by the member mills.

            To assist in standardizing the accounting methods and practices.
